Beth Matheson

Beth Matheson is a writer, certified emotional intelligence coach, wife, mom, and lifelong global nomad who is slowly learning the art of living in one place. In her creative nonfiction and poetry, she explores themes of belonging, grief, beauty, and the surprising ways God grows deep roots in shifting soil.

Her essays have appeared in outlets like The Christian Post, Among Worlds, Charisma Magazine and other publications that explore faith and cross-cultural life. Beth writes the way she would welcome you into her living room: with a cup of strong coffee, a little humor, and a lot of grace.

When she’s not wrangling her own words, Beth co-leads writer development cohorts for The Habit, and she serves as a communications coordinator with Wycliffe USA
